Ground rules

  • We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. If you want a package delivered, we kinda need your address. More and more delivery service need a valid email address and phone number, so that's why we ask.
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site.

Website visitors

Like most website operators, Skull and Circuits collects some non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The purpose of collecting this information is mainly gawking at the Google Analytics reports, bragging to our friends about that one North Korean visitor or that guy surfing on a Commodore 64 and somehow trying to understand our user-base (hopeless, I know).

Gathering of personally-identifying information

When purchasing an item, Skull & Circuits gathers all necessary information to fulfil the order. Skull & Circuits will not distribute this information to employees or third parties unless:

– that party needs to know this information in order to fulfil a service available through our website. e.g. your address will be on the package so our shipping partner can deliver it to you.

– in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request which we cannot legally deny.

We will not:

– Sell or rent this information to third parties

– Use it for advertising purposes unless explicitly allowed

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns.

A website needs cookies to function. I try to make sure no advertising and tracking cookies are active on this site, but given that I didn't wrote the code from scratch I can't be 100% sure.
